Each session will be 1-1/2 hours of training.

Influence is gained one day at the time, one situation at the time and one person at the time. In this high-impact training program, we examine how traditional influence skills can be mastered in short order. Using a step-by-step approach, we learn the tried and true elements of influence and persuasion. These common-sense methods of leadership effectiveness will add value to the competency of each person in the class and allow sure-fire takeaway skills to use back on the job.

The program has been effectively presented at workshops and conferences throughout the world with rave reviews. We examine complex competencies and skill sets needed to prepare tomorrow’s leaders to face the challenges of tomorrow’s business environment. We prepare leaders with the understanding of crucial elements and dynamics of tomorrow’s employee and tomorrow’s managerial tasks.
We feel training is valuable to our members, and this allows you the chance to brush up on your leadership & management skills.
